about

"There is an element of improvisation in this music, especially (of course?) in three pieces with guest players, but also on the other pieces. An instrument playing an odd part in the mass of it all. Which is, I should think, also something that attracts me, I guess. Especially in the least noisy, free folk/improvisation approach of 'Fata Morgana', which might be a slight change of direction? I am not sure, but certainly, something to explore further." - Vital Weekly

"This album delves heavily into noise rock influences with distorted, grinding guitar and equally hard hitting drums. Even in softer moments with the saxophone, the guitar is grinding along in the background while the saxophone wails out its piece." - On the Fringes of Sound

"Overall 'Destination Desolation' sounds even better than the previous Deludium Skies album. It sounds distorted and heavy yet psychedelic as fuck, and somehow manages to go from Narcosatanicos and Brainbombs mixed with Skullflower while all slowed to a Earth-like crawl into an improvised yet structured acid trip, while ending in a more of a bluegrass note." - Kurrent Music
